The one ask on this page
Thirty minutes on your constraint. You keep the plan either way.
You have the diagnosis now. What you do not have is the order to do it in, and the order is the part that costs real money to get wrong.
You leave the call with
- A written sequence for your constraint, in the order that unblocks everything downstream.
- The items on your priority list we would tell you not to do yet, and why. Usually one of the three.
- What fixing it in-house would take against what it takes with us. Both, before you decide anything.
- All of it in writing, yours to keep, whether you work with us or never speak to us again.
If we cannot name something worth doing in the first fifteen minutes, we will say so and give you the other fifteen back. We would rather lose an afternoon than sell you a project that should not exist.
The constraint does not wait. Every process still living in someone’s head, and every number two departments disagree about, gets more expensive the larger you grow around it.
Only if you would rather we called. Email works fine.
Thirty minutes against a plan you keep. That is the whole trade.
