Case studies · Our own ventures

Companies we built and run on the methods we sell.

We do not yet publish client case studies, and we will not dress up our own work as if it were one. These are businesses we built and operate. Where we do not have a measured figure, we describe what the software replaced instead of inventing a number.

postoracle.com, a LinkedIn growth platform, shown on its public homepage

B2B SaaS, marketing and growth · Our own venture

A LinkedIn growth platform whose outreach, marketing and most of its product work run without a team to run them.

Problem
postoracle.com is our own venture, not a client engagement. A LinkedIn growth platform normally needs a small team before it earns anything: someone writing outreach, someone producing and posting marketing content, and engineers shipping product changes. Each is a salary that starts before the first paying customer arrives.
Solution
Outreach, marketing content and most product work run on software. The founder adds tasks to a board, the software builds against them, and the founder reviews what ships before it goes live. The roles a team would normally be hired for are a software bill instead.
Outcomes
  • Outreach runs without a person sending it. The follow-up a sales hire would send is drafted and sent on software. The founder's time went to reviewing what ships rather than writing messages.
  • Marketing content is produced and posted on software. Social posts and marketing copy that would fill a marketer's week are drafted and published on software, with the founder reviewing before anything goes live.
  • The founder's job is a task board and a review queue. Product changes that would need an engineering team are built on software from tasks the founder writes. The hired roles are a software bill instead.
wallmag.io, a creator community platform for India, shown on its public homepage

Consumer platform, creator economy, India · Our own venture

A creator community platform that runs day to day without its founder in the queue.

Problem
wallmag.io is our own venture, not a client engagement. A creator community platform generates a steady queue of recurring work: creators joining, submitting work, asking where an entry stands and expecting to be paid. A single founder with no team would normally be that queue all day, and the work only a founder can do would happen at night or not at all.
Solution
The founder acquired our creator management platform ready-made and we tailored it to his exact use case before it went live. Its day to day operations now run on software, so the recurring tasks that would fill an operations inbox are handled without the founder in the queue. He still decides what the platform becomes and who it partners with.
Outcomes
  • Founder time moved from the queue to partnerships. The daily operations a small team would handle run on software. The founder's week goes to partnerships and bringing in more creators.
  • Acquired ready-made and live without a build phase. The platform was taken over already working and tailored to one use case, so the founder started with a running business rather than a project plan.
  • A publicly visible community, checkable by anyone. Creators, their published work and the awards they have entered are visible on the site, so the claim that it runs can be checked rather than believed.

When a client case study appears here

It will carry its method.

A client result on this page will name the industry and the size of the business, state the outcome as what work stopped and where the time went, and show any number beside how it was measured, over what period, and who on the client side approved the wording.

A card that does not meet that bar does not get published. That is the same rule the rest of this site runs on: no number without a source or a method.

The one ask on this page

Ninety seconds now. Thirty minutes if it is worth it.

Take the check, see your score with no email asked for, and decide whether the thirty-minute review is worth your time. If you already know the process, skip the check and tell us.
