Six programmes, one sequence

Start where the number is biggest.

The programmes are a sequence, not a menu. Most clients enter at the free assessment and leave the sequence whenever the maths says stop.

How the sequence runs

Three phases. Each programme sits in one.

  1. 01

    Measure

You name the process. We put a yearly cost on it, with the method shown, and rank what else we find. No fee, no deck.

  2. 02

    Decide

Each candidate gets a cost to fix and a cost to leave alone. Anything that does not pay back is crossed off, in writing, before you spend.

  3. 03

    Build and hand over

Your people own it from day one. Training and ground rules run alongside, so the day we leave, nothing depends on us.

How we decide what to recommend

Three rules, applied to every programme.

  • The first step is free.

The assessment costs you ninety seconds and then thirty minutes. You leave with a number and a written sequence whether or not we ever speak again.

  • Nothing gets built unless it pays for itself.

Every candidate gets a cost to fix and a cost to leave alone. Anything that does not pay back is crossed off, in writing, before you spend.

  • You do not end up dependent on us.

Training and ground rules run alongside every build. The day we leave, your people own the work and can judge its output.

What it costs, and what decides that

Not a rate card. The things that move the price.

A number you cannot anchor is worse than no number, so each programme page states what decides its price rather than a single figure that invites an argument over the one deal it does not match.

  • AI Readiness Assessment

Free. There is no fee and nothing to sign. If we cannot name something worth doing in the first fifteen minutes of the review, we say so and give you the other fifteen back.

  • AI Strategy Roadmap

Fixed fee. The fee is fixed before we start and depends on how many functions are in scope and how many people we need to interview, not on what we find. It is credited in full against your first Workflow Automation engagement.

  • Workflow Automation

Per workflow. Three things set the price: how many systems the workflow touches, how much review a person will still carry, and whether something off the shelf already does most of it. You get the figure before any build starts.

  • AI Leadership Training

Fixed fee. Fixed fee, set by whether you take one half-day or two and by the size of the leadership group. The pre-read and the written pack are included either way.

  • Custom AI Agents

Scoped and quoted. Scoped and quoted after discovery. The quote depends on how many systems the software must read and write, how much judgement the job needs, and how much review your people will still carry. It only goes ahead if the payback period is one you would accept.

  • AI Governance and Controls

Fixed fee. Fixed fee, set by how many functions and systems the inventory has to cover and whether there is an existing policy to work from. It does not change with what we find.

The one ask on this page

Ninety seconds now. Thirty minutes if it is worth it.

Take the check, see your score with no email asked for, and decide whether the thirty-minute review is worth your time. If you already know the process, skip the check and tell us.
