1. Who these terms are with

This website, vedfoundry.com, is operated by Viveka Netra Pvt Ltd, trading as Vedfoundry, a company incorporated in India. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

Vedfoundry is a marketing site. It describes what Vedfoundry builds, bespoke, Ready-to-Acquire companies operated by AI agents, and it describes The Forge, a founder residency at /forge/. The site is an invitation to apply, not an offer. Nothing on it forms a contract or a binding commitment by either side. There is nothing to buy here and no account to open.

3. Eligibility

To use this site and submit an application, you must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law and be at least 18 years old.

4. Applications

Submitting an application through the home form or The Forge form tells us you are interested. It does not obligate us to anything. We may accept or decline any application at our sole discretion, and we do not have to give reasons. We make no promise to review any application within any particular time.

A place in a cohort exists only once we and you both sign a separate written agreement. Any figure described on this site, including the 25 to 45% profit share described on the Forge page, is an indicative description of the intended arrangement. It is superseded entirely by whatever separate written agreement we sign with an accepted founder.

5. What you promise about what you submit

When you submit an application, you promise us that:

• what you tell us is accurate and not misleading,
• you have the right to share it with us, and
• you are not sending us someone else's confidential information or a third party's intellectual property without their permission.

6. Confidentiality and ideas

We treat the substance of applications as confidential. We do not publish them or share them outside the people at Vedfoundry who review them.

We also receive many applications and work on many ideas at once, some of which will resemble each other. Submitting an idea to us does not give you exclusivity over it, and it does not stop us, or anyone else, from working on something similar that we developed independently. We do not offer a non-disclosure agreement as part of applying, and nothing in this section should be read as one. For how we handle the personal data in your application, see /privacy/.

7. Intellectual property in the site

The text, layout, and brand of this site, including the "V+F" logo mark, belong to us. You may read the site and link to it. You may not copy the site wholesale, republish it, or use our brand or logo as your own.

8. Acceptable use

Rules for how you may use this site and its forms are set out in full at /acceptable-use/. Using the site means you agree to follow them.

9. Third party links and services

Our application forms are delivered by Web3Forms, and this site is hosted by Netlify. Both have their own terms, which apply to their part of the service alongside these terms. Where this site links to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or their terms.

10. Availability

We provide this site as-is. We may change, move, or take down any page, or the whole site, at any time and without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

11. Disclaimers

The disclaimers that apply to this site, including about the content it describes, are set out in full at /disclaimer/.

12. Limitation of liability and indemnity

This site is free and informational, and we ask you to keep that in mind in reading this section. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim connected to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use it, which, since the site is free, is nil. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these terms or from content you submit that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
