The rest of vedfoundry.com makes a case: for what we build, and for why someone should apply to The Forge. A case reads better than a hedge, so we keep the rest of the site direct. This page is where we say, without the sales voice, what that case does and does not commit us to.

2. Information only

Everything on vedfoundry.com, operated by Viveka Netra Pvt Ltd, trading as Vedfoundry, is general information about what we build and how we intend The Forge to work. It is not advice tailored to your situation, it is not an offer of any kind, and it is not a contract. The terms that actually govern using this site are at /terms/.

3. No financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice

Nothing on this site is a recommendation to make any financial decision. Before you commit time or money to building a company, whether through The Forge or on your own, take your own professional advice from someone qualified to give it and paid to stand behind it.

4. No securities offering

This site does not offer, and does not solicit an offer to buy, any security, share, or investment product in any jurisdiction. The Forge is a residency: a founder builds and operates a company with us. It is not an investment you buy into, and applying does not make you an investor in anything.

5. Forward-looking statements

Descriptions on this site of what agent-operated companies will do, what a company might earn, and what the residency will provide are plans and intentions, not guarantees. They depend on execution, on market conditions, and on third party technology working the way we expect, and they may change as we learn.

6. No guarantee of results

Building a company is risky. Most new companies do not succeed, whatever tools they are built with. A profit share is a share of profit, and profit can be zero.

The 25 to 45% figure described on the Forge page is how a profit share would be split between you and us if the company makes a profit. It is not a promise of income, it is not a salary, and it is not a return you are owed. Nothing on this site is a projection of what you will earn, in The Forge or otherwise.

7. No testimonials or track record implied

Any build shown on this site, including postoracle, illustrates the kind of work we do at the stage described where it appears. It is not a promise that your outcome will look like it, and where we describe work as in progress, it is in progress, not finished.

8. AI and agent limitations

The companies we build rely on AI systems and third party models. Those models can be wrong, can change without notice, can become more expensive, and can be interrupted or discontinued by the companies that run them. We do not guarantee any particular model, capability, price, or availability. What is actually covered for a founder in The Forge, in tokens and infrastructure, is set out in the agreement we sign with an accepted founder, referenced at /terms/, not in the description on this site.

We are not responsible for third party sites, services, or model providers that this site mentions or links to. A link from this site is not an endorsement of what it links to.
