Contact support
Email contact@vedfoundry.com with your device model, Android version, Thyme version, and a short description of the problem. Never send passwords or an exported data file unless support specifically asks for it and you have reviewed its contents.
A cue is not arriving
- Open Thyme Settings and check that Notification permission says Allowed.
- Confirm the cue is set to Around a time, not Start manually.
- Confirm today is one of the selected weekdays.
- Use Send test cue. If it does not appear, open Android notification settings from Thyme.
- After changing the phone's time or timezone, open Thyme once so it can confirm the schedule.
Android delivers Thyme cues inside a short time window to respect battery life. Thyme is not a safety, medication, clinical, or emergency reminder and should not be used as one.
Changing the habit or cue
Open Thyme Settings to edit habit wording and sizes, change the time window or weekdays, switch to manual starts, or archive the habit. Thyme supports one active habit at a time.
Exporting or deleting local data
Choose Export my data in Thyme Settings to share a JSON copy. To permanently remove all local data, clear Thyme's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. Export first if you want to retain a copy.
Payment and restoring it
Thyme is a one-time payment handled by Google Play. There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. To restore your purchase on a new phone, sign in with the same Google account that bought it and reinstall. Refunds are requested through Google Play, and support can look at a charge Google has declined to refund.
Restoring a purchase does not bring your history with it, because there is no Thyme account, cloud backup, or login. Export your data from the old device first.
Privacy and scope
Read the Thyme Privacy Policy for current data handling. Thyme is a habit-support tool, not medical care, and support cannot advise on diagnosis, medication, treatment, or emergencies.
