Thyme is operated by Viveka Netra Pvt Ltd, trading as Vedfoundry. By installing or using Thyme you accept these terms. Questions go to contact@vedfoundry.com.
1. What Thyme is
Thyme is a local habit-support tool that schedules a cue, offers a small first action, records starts, and shows your results. It is not medical care, a medical device, or an emergency or medication reminder.
2. Access and payment
Thyme is paid for once. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no Thyme account, no advertising, and no cloud service. The payment is processed by Google Play under Google's applicable terms, along with distribution of the app itself.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google's refund policy.
- A purchase is tied to the Google account that made it. Signing in to that Google account on a new device restores access.
- Because there is no account or cloud copy, a purchase restores access to the app, not your habit history. Export your data before switching devices if you want it to come with you.
3. Your data
App data is stored locally. The Thyme Privacy Policyexplains storage, export, and deletion. Your own habit wording and exported data remain yours.
4. Acceptable use
You may use Thyme for personal, lawful purposes. Do not redistribute the app, interfere with its operation, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law gives you that right.
5. Availability
Thyme is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Android controls notification delivery, and device settings or power management may delay or suppress a cue. Do not rely on Thyme for safety-critical, clinical, emergency, or medication timing.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viveka Netra Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for outcomes attributed to using, not using, or missing a Thyme cue. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Changes
We may update these terms when the app changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Bangalore, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction. Contact contact@vedfoundry.com.
